We celebrated our 32nd anniversary in Kauai at our timeshare and had a fantastic time as usual!


This huge koi pond is by the lobby.

The days consist of going from the pool to the beach!

One of our favorite restaurants, Duke's, is right next door so we ended up walking there for several meals. Hula pie - yum!

We decided to take a beach horse back ride at Poipu.
I got to ride the owner's beautiful buckskin that he uses for rodeo.
It was a beautiful ride through flowers, water and sand and even a picnic!
We ended up going to Koalina on Oahu the last 2 days.
There are beautiful private lagoons with lots of turtles.

Our room was beautiful with a deck that overlooked a stream and pond loaded with so many beautiful fish!

Ten wonderful days and ready to go again!

JANUARY

Before Stacey and Eric headed back to Florida, there was time to play some rounds of Hand and Foot with Grandma and Grandpa!



Kristy and Sunnie were happy to finish off New Year's goodies!



I woke Mark up on his birthday and told him to get ready, we were going to breakfast.
Since he was turning 55, we went to Denny's to order off the back page - the senior menu!




This hat is sure to be one of his favorite gifts!

Lindsay, Kristy's Cal Poly roommate came for a weekend when Jordan's band was having a concert.





There is something special about bass players!

Before John and Morag headed back to Scotland, we had a caleidgh at the ranch.

Though most of us didn't have a clue how to do Scottish folk dancing,

it was lots of fun trying!

Tbe cats were glad to be through with all the holiday activities!

We like to go over to Carmel Beach on Saturday mornings

with Cowboy and walk among all the dogs and their owners!

Brett, Louise and Gabby came by for a visit while they were out from Texas. Abby got her fist introduction to horses on Foxy.

The player piano kept her pretty preoccupied!
